This hybrid combat shirt, integrates soft armor and fragment protective materials into a high performance flexible architecture for the army. The design was inspired by samurai and medieval armor, focusing primarily on biomimetic principles. The development of new material’s technology allows for the design to be extremely effective and lightweight.
We are presently working on a similar project for another branch of the armed forces.
