Ten elegant rooms were added to the famous Amber Gris Cay hotel in late 2006. The project consists of two duplex buildings containing four luxurious 1 bedroom apartments and three free-standing magnificent 2 bedroom villas. A 65 feet lap pool with an infinity edge and waterfall overlooking the garden and Caribbean Sea is the focal point of the project. Careful attention was given to maximize the sea views, and a detailed study of seasonal winds were performed to maximize natural windflow and cross ventilation to every room. All the rooms have massive sliding doors that open to the pool and the marvelous views.
