Conceptual design
This conceptual hotel design brings a fresh contemporary look to the West Bay area. The tower is nine stories high, housing one hundred rooms, a check-in lobby and two stories of additional parking. Every room affords beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. The third floor, above the parking garage, is a plaza level that incorporates a 100 feet long infinity edge swimming pool, restaurant. bar, conference center, retail spaces all connected by a expansive deck. The deck overlooks and is connect to the remodeled existing lobby building, by a sculptural pedestrian bridge that serves as a gateway to the hotel entry. The infinity edge of the pool flows down 30 feet to a reflecting pool on both sides of the bridge, creating a dramatic environment of sound, light, and tropical imagery that provides a powerful entrance and identity to the hotel.
