Conceptual design
This beach house is located on the shores of Marblehead, Massachusetts on a very tight and complex site. This contemporary home reflects images of the surrounding nautical environment.
The house is designed to minimize the environmental impact of the shoreline, and sustain the high winds and waves of the typical “nor’easter” winter storms, and at the same time open up completely to the warm summer breezes. The project has been conceptualized within the LEED’s platinum standards.
